Shipping Update - Dates Have Been Confirmed!

Hello dear Decaying backers,
The holidays are around the corner and an update is due.
First of all, the games for the USA have been picked up from the manufacturer warehouse and are being brought to the harbor. The first ship available was on December 30th, so they'll set sail next week. It will take around 45 days to reach the USA and go through customs, then the games will head to the fulfillment center in America.
The games headed towards Italy will be picked up from the warehouse in China on December 30th, and will leave for Italy on January 5th. It should take about 40 days to get here. We are very excited to finally see the game we worked so hard on right in front of our eyes. We'll definitely share some of the shipping process with you, so follow us on our social media [FBInstagram] to share our excitement and for real time updates. Unfortunately, the waiting lists have been longer than expected but do not worry, the games are leaving soon.
We also asked to ship us a couple of copies by plane, so while we wait for the containers, we can start shooting some nicer photos of the final product.
In the meantime, we hope you have very happy and relaxing holidays. We'll be taking a break as well, to make sure we spend some time with our families and friends, and regain the energy start off our 2022 full of energy and great news. But don't worry, no matter what we'll be keeping you updated on the shipping and other major announcements.

The Soulgivers official website is up and running!
As we said in previous updates, we've spent the past few months on creating the new Soulgivers website, and we are proud to announce its launching today. You can browse the website and learn more about your favorite characters, the game mechanics and download all the rulebooks and game modes in the available languages, so that you can master the game and be ready when it arrives!

Soulgivers is Ready! Waiting for the Ship

Dear Backers,
Soulgivers is finally ready! As we said previously, production finished a couple of weeks ago and the assembling of the game boxes was completed early this week. Since everything was ready, yesterday we ran our last quality control and the game and all the expansions passed it with flying colors! We are really happy about the results since it means that our hard work and pickiness really paid off. The QC was very thorough: they checked all the components in their smallest details, their durability and interlocking as well. It took us some time but we did it and the game and all its expansions are finally ready!
We've also already sent the game to the lab for safety tests. We already received the green light for all the European tests and certifications, but we are still waiting for the approval for one test regarding the American market. At any rate, this should be all done by next week.
Now, we are waiting for the first ship available in order to send the bulks of games to the two main fulfillment areas: North America and Europe. As we previously mentioned, we expect the ship to be available around early/mid December. Once the ship is ready to set sail, we will have a better idea of the arrival date for the two regions, so we'll keep you posted on that. Last week we also locked all the addresses on BackerKit. This was necessary in order to have a clear understanding of how many games need to go to the two different fulfillment centers.
In the next few of weeks, we're getting a couple of copies shipped to us by plane, so that we can have the finished product in our hands and start taking some nice pictures to share with you.
Also, in the past few months we've been working on the new Soulgivers official website which will be soon up and ready to be launched.
Production Update and Artbook

Dear backers,
All theSoulgivers tokens have been produced, printed, and assembled and all the components are now on a ship headedto the manufacturer workshop in order to put the game boxestogether! As we previously mentioned, this whole process should be done by the end of November/beginning of December.
The next step is the final quality control, which we have already scheduled, and then the game is ready to be placed on a ship to Europe and America.
In the meantime, the artbook production finished and we are very satisfied with the final product! We love how the colors came out and how it really gives justice to Luca's illustrations, and we can't wait for you to read the new short story about the Specters. On top of that, Luca will lead you through the process of creating the concept, designing, and illustrating the heroes. The Art of Soulgivers artbook was a Kickstarter exclusive item only included in the Collector's Edition pledge level. All those of you who pledged for a Collector's on Kickstarter or switched to that pledge level on BackerKit will receive their hand numbered hardcover copy signed by Luca himself.
Production and Timeline Update

Last week we've received the samples of the colored discs and we've made our choice. Here're the winners!
Here are the final disks and their full color (the Soulgiver icon doesn't match the name because it's just a test!).
Here you can see the huge difference between the new colored discs and the old ones.
We think they look stunning on the Soulgiver token and with the rest of the components. Now they are being produced, assembled to the rest of the Soulgiver token and then printed with the names of the Soulgivers. The production, assembling, and printing process should end at the beginning of November, then all components are going to be shipped to the main workshop to be placed in the boxes and ready to be shipped to you. This will require some time, but we hope to have everything ready on a ship by mid December.
Before actually shipping out the games, we are going to run one last quality control. We want to make sure that the reprints and though decision we had to make paid off and that you get everything as we promised.
We also have another good news: the Soulgivers official website is almost ready and it will be up an running in the near future.
